Join our award winning, ethical luxury jewellery company based in Dublin 8.
We are looking for someone to join our small office team. The main responsibility of the role will be packaging and fulfilment of our online jewellery orders. In addition to fulfilling orders and booking courier collections, the role involves responding to customer queries and managing exchanges. Attention to detail is a must!
Experience with e-commerce, customer service and a knowledge of jewellery is an asset, but is not essential to the role. Training will be provided.
The *position is part time (a minimum of 15 hours a week) with scope to extend the role with additional hours in other aspects of the business should your experience and skill-set lend itself to other areas within the company.
Areas of additional work include: jewellery production (finishing, factoring, prepping for assay, sizing up, light polishing) administration (bookeeping, ordering, general office admin), design (in house graphic design, gif animation, banners, packaging, display, promotional images) social media or digital marketing (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and YouTube).
