Due to the dramatic changes to shipping demand worldwide it is important to us that we continue to offer a reliable, tracked and trustworthy service to you. We have worked with DHL to offer competitive express courier rates globally. DHL provide next day UK or within 48 hours delivery to most countries worldwide, with no changes or delays to their service since the start of COVID-19. We highly recommend DHL Express for special purchases and time sensitive gifts.
We continue to dispatch orders within 48 hours Monday through Friday. Understandably some national postal services are struggling to keep up at this challenging time, so please note that we have no control for delays on the other end with standard post. Delays to normal postal time frames and restrictions will vary by country.
Standard shipping prices have increased slightly in line with carrier increases however, we will continue to offer free standard shipping on items over €100 for the next two weeks. From July 15th, 2020 free shipping will be offered on items over €150.
