*Please clearly mark on your package: "RETURN" to be exempt from export tax if returning or exchanging orders from outside of Ireland. Customs require proof the item originated in Ireland so include the original tracking number or order number. 

Your Edge Only order will be shipped by DHL Worldwide Express courier or standard post by An Post Express, depending on which service you select. Stocked items are dispatched within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. We also offer collection in Dublin.

DHL Express Courier
We offer DHL Express Worldwide and recommend it highly, especially for time sensitive, valuable orders. It is the fastest, most consistent tracked delivery option. DHL ships to most countries within 72 hours. Ireland 10.00, EU from €23.00, UK €26.00, USA/Canada €39.00, Australia/Asia €46.00

Free Shipping
There is free standard shipping worldwide on all jewellery orders over €150.00. The tracking code will work within Ireland to the An Post delivery hub. You must switch to your home countries postal service to track the remainder of your order journey. Please click here for a full list of International Postal Carriers with links to their tracking and customer services pages for the remainder of the journey.  

A small shipping charge applies to other purchases. Ireland €8.00 UK €11.00, EU €11, Canada/USA €15, Australia/Asia €16.00. Delivery times may vary, depending on the destination. Please allow longer for overseas delivery due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Typical Delivery Times (outside of Christmas/pandemic lockdowns):

Ireland: 1-2 Working days
IMPORTANT: Please ensure you have entered your full postal address including your Eircode. Deliveries are delayed, or lost, due to inaccurate addressing or non-use of an Eircode. Edge Only cannot take responsibility for delivery issues on orders with incorrect or incomplete addressing.
UK: 3-4 Working days 
Rest of Europe: 3-5 Working days
US, Canada:  5-8 Working days
Australia & New Zealand: 7-10 Working days  

We recommend DHL Express if you desire a fully tracked service. 

Gift Cards can be purchased 24/7 and an email with an exclusive gift code will be sent immediately (ideal for last minute presents!) with instructions to redeem it. Gift cards are valid for 5 years.

Please Note:

  • Since the 1st of January, 2021 (BREXIT) customs charges may apply upon arrival in the UK, this is determined by the UK government and is the responsibility of the purchaser. This does not apply to gifts under £135.00. This is a handy reference guide
  • All transactions are processed in Euro € but you may select from a variety or currencies from the top menu drop down to make your shopping easier.
  • Deliveries may need to be signed for, so please ensure there will be someone at the delivery address.
  • Standard shipping is for jewellery items under 250 grams.  

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging including silver polishing cloth (if included). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Not the right ring size?  Send it back to us and will will send you the correct size. Love it, but wish it was matt/polished/longer/shorter? Let us know, send it back and we will arrange for your dream version to be sent to you (additional charges may apply).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and engraved designs. Sample Sale items are marked "Final Sale" and may not be returned or exchanged. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
