Dispatch All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Worldwide Shipping We ship worldwide via UPS, with the exception of countries subject to international trade restrictions or geopolitical limitations. If you're unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Free Shipping Complimentary worldwide shipping is available on all orders over €250.00. Orders below this threshold will be charged at standard carrier rates, calculated at checkout.

Upgraded Shipping An optional DHL express upgrade is available at checkout for faster delivery.

Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

• Ireland & UK: 2–4 working days
• Europe: 3–7 working days
• USA & Canada: 5–10 working days
• Rest of World: 7–14 working days

Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total unless otherwise stated at checkout.
