These stunning earrings are masterfully set in solid 14ct gold bezels surrounded by 5 flush set round brilliant diamonds. They dangle from solid 14ct gold leverback earring wires and have a pointed 'bullet' cabochon shape for added edge.

The famous 14th century Black Prince’s Ruby in the British Imperial Crown is actually a red spinel. Spinel gemstones come in colour: red, orange, pink, purple, blue, black. In gemmology it has a hardness rating of 8 on the Mohs scale.

To clean your gold jewellery, wash it gently with warm, soapy water. Allow to dry and then buff with a soft dry cloth or gold polishing cloth.

For a deeper clean, an ultrasonic cleaner or a gold immersion bath or 'gold dip' may be used.

Tip: Gently brush with a soft toothbrush to remove any imbedded dirt (be careful not to disrupt any loose stones, if present).
